Qwen Code has published cua-driver-rs v0.20.11 as a pre-release, providing Qwen CUA Driver binaries for macOS, Linux and Windows. The release also introduces optional relative coordinates, model-payload filtering and a collection of updates across the CLI, web shell, Java tooling and remote workspace features.
Platform-specific packages
The macOS package includes a codesigned and notarized universal binary alongside QwenCuaDriver.app. Linux builds are unsigned and cover x86_64 and arm64 systems, with glibc 2.31 as the minimum supported version.
Windows receives an unsigned UIAccess worker and native SDK payload for x86_64 and arm64. Deployments must sign the worker and establish trust on the target machine before UIAccess can be activated, adding a required preparation step for Windows installations.
Coordinates and payload filtering
Developers can enable relative coordinates by setting CUA_DRIVER_RS_COORDINATE_SPACE=1; the option is disabled by default. An optional CUA_DRIVER_RS_COORDINATE_SCALE value controls the scale and defaults to 1000 when used.
The release also adds textual MCP payload filtering for affected model API routes. It is controlled through MCP_MODEL_PAYLOAD_FILTER=1 and remains off by default.
Node.js release workflow
The same workflow publishes @qwen-code/cua-sdk after performing a clean installation against the release assets. It also publishes the independently versioned @qwen-code/node-repl-mcp package after MCP protocol smoke tests.
Broader Qwen Code changes
Beyond the driver packages, the changelog adds SSH workspace support without a remote daemon, encrypted and isolated mobile connection profiles, managed Java tool execution state and runtime broker work, plus managed runtime attestation for the CLI.
Web-shell changes include edit diffs before approval, remote folder browsing without a refresh, expiring QR pairing on non-loopback listeners and a trajectory overview showing where a run spent its time. Fixes address stale streaming messages, queued prompts after refresh failures, mobile controls obscured by a soft keyboard and wildcard export verification. The release remains explicitly labeled as a pre-release.
