Oppo officially launched the Oppo F35 Pro 5G in India on October 5, 2026, marking ten years of the vendor's F-series devices in the country. The smartphone carries a starting price of ₹45,999 ($475) for the base 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration, while the top-tier 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model reaches ₹54,999 ($568). Pre-orders have opened ahead of general retail availability starting October 11, 2026.

Expanded Battery Capacity and Display Upgrades

The F35 Pro introduces an 8,000mAh battery—rated at 7,780mAh—making it the largest battery capacity in Oppo's smartphone portfolio. Oppo claims the device can deliver up to 2.95 days of operation on a single charge based on internal lab testing, supported by 80W wired SUPERVOOC charging.

Front-facing visual output is handled by a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel operating at a 2772 x 1272 resolution. The screen supports refresh rates up to 144Hz that dynamic scaling reduces to 60Hz depending on application demands. Oppo lists a peak display brightness of 3,600 nits alongside standard brightness figures of 800 nits in typical usage and 1,800 nits in high-brightness mode.

Camera System and Processing Power

Targeting handheld content creation, the front camera features a 50MP sensor equipped with autofocus, a 100-degree field of view, and 4K video capture at 30 frames per second. On the rear, the phone pairs a 50MP optical image-stabilised primary lens with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, replacing the smaller secondary sensor found on the previous generation.

Internal hardware relies on MediaTek's 4nm Dimensity 7360 MAX processor, paired with a 5,000 mm² vapour chamber for thermal management. Storage utilizes UFS 3.1 modules, while software functionality runs on Oppo's ColorOS platform with built-in utility features including photo editing tools and automated text assistance.

Hardware Limitations and Market Availability

To accommodate the larger battery and structural protection ratings—which include IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K liquid and dust certification—the device measures 8.4mm in thickness and weighs 210g. The handset excludes expandable microSD memory storage, eSIM support, and NFC functionality.

India remains the sole confirmed market for the model. Oppo has not announced release dates or pricing for other regions, including African markets such as Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, or Ghana.
