Hang Ten Systems announced a $53 million second seed round on September 16, 2026, bringing its total funding to $85 million. The enterprise AI services startup, founded by former Infosys chief executive Vishal Sikka, closed the round less than three months after announcing its first financing.

Investors Return for Second Round

Xora Innovation, an early-stage investment platform backed by Singapore’s Temasek, led the round. Mayfield, which led Hang Ten’s $32 million first seed round, participated again alongside Aramco Ventures. Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang also invested individually, while Yang joined Hang Ten’s board.

Enterprise Delivery Model

Hang Ten provides advisory, transformation and applied AI services to large companies. Its delivery model combines agentic code generation, a reusable skills library and domain specialists. The company claims this approach can deliver and operate enterprise software faster and at lower cost than traditional systems integrators.

Early Contracts and Customers

Hang Ten said it signed several contracts worth millions of dollars each during the five weeks between closing its two rounds, with some structured as multiyear development programs. TechCrunch reported that the startup’s customers and late-stage prospects total 21 large enterprises. Named customers include Saudi Arabian Oil Co. and Siemens Gamesa, Siemens Energy’s wind business.

Expansion Across Three Regions

The funding will support delivery on existing engagements, expansion of Hang Ten’s engineering and consulting organization, and further work on its platform, infrastructure and skills library. The company currently employs between 20 and 25 people across the United States, the Middle East and Australia, and plans to recruit in Europe and India.
