Exabeam Inc. has released a set of artificial intelligence features for its cloud-based New-Scale platform and on-premises LogRhythm platform, advancing its focus on agentic security operations centers. The updates expand the role of its Nova AI agent, introduce integrations with Anthropic PBC's Claude, and add governance tools for local generative AI deployments.
Persistent Investigations and Claude Integrations
Nova AI, initially introduced in April 2025, now functions as a persistent investigator across the New-Scale platform. The agent automatically collects incident context, builds entity profiles, and conducts secondary searches as security events occur. Mexican payment processor E-Global has deployed Nova AI to assist analysts with case prioritization while maintaining human oversight.
For cloud environments, Exabeam introduced the Guided Investigation Skills Pack for Claude, which connects investigation workflows to command-line AI agents for triage and natural-language queries. Additionally, an integration for Claude Enterprise customers consolidates prompts, tool calls, and actions onto a single timeline to detect behavioral drift and unauthorized agent actions.
LogRhythm AI Updates and On-Premises Governance
For on-premises environments, Exabeam updated LogRhythm to capture activity from OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, and GitHub Copilot into LogRhythm Intelligence Analytics via new collectors. Teams managing sensitive data locally can query and triage information through a community Model Context Protocol server paired with local generative AI models. Underneath, LogRhythm completed an in-place migration from Elasticsearch to OpenSearch to improve speed and scale.
Reporting Features and Open-Source Tools
The updates introduce Executive Digest for enterprise security metrics reporting and Outcomes Navigator Overrides for custom risk scoring. Through the Open Agent and AI Security Community, Exabeam also released the Agentic SOC Skill Suite to support Claude Code and OpenAI's Codex, alongside updates to its Praxen agent verification tool that add evidence-committed scoring to tie findings directly to source data.
