Vertical AI platform EliseAI, officially registered as Elise A.I. Technologies Corp., has raised $350 million in a new funding round. Jointly led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer, with participation from Sapphire Ventures, Navitas Capital, and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, the round values the company at $4 billion.
Automating Real Estate Operations
Founded in 2017, EliseAI initially targeted the rental housing market. Its real-estate platform combines a customer relationship management engine to store prospect data with marketing automation tools that tailor promotional materials based on resident interactions. The system also includes a mobile client called the Maintenance App, which routes repair requests to technicians using availability and skill requirements, alongside a progress-tracking dashboard for property managers.
Earlier in September 2026, the company introduced Apollo, an AI assistant built to process post-tour follow-ups and serve as an internal search tool for property management data and maintenance costs. EliseAI states that its platform currently supports management tasks for over one in six U.S. apartments.
Expansion into Healthcare Workflows
Beyond property management, EliseAI has expanded into healthcare administrative software, serving more than 3,500 organizations ranging from small clinics to hospitals. Its tools include patient-facing chatbots capable of handling up to 95% of inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and distributing post-visit prescription reminders.
The platform also handles administrative back-office work by extracting information from patient documents and syncing data directly into electronic health record systems to reduce manual data entry errors.
Growth Plans and Workforce Expansion
Chief Executive Officer Minna Song noted that vertical automation in complex sectors like housing and healthcare requires extensive infrastructure development. The startup plans to allocate the fresh capital toward expanding its feature suite and scaling its engineering, software deployment, and sales teams.
