eFootball 2027 is adding an Anticipated Standouts pack built around three Show Time cards: João Pedro at center forward, Florian Wirtz in attacking midfield and Jan Paul van Hecke at center back. GamingonPhone's assessment finds a clear imbalance in the lineup, with João Pedro providing most of the incentive to spend Coins.
João Pedro leads the selection
João Pedro is presented as a Deep-Lying Forward with the defensive Front Line Poacher style. His Show Time abilities are Phenomenal Finishing, Magnetic Feet and Attacking Surge, a combination the source considers especially effective for a ground-focused center forward. His passing also supports link-up play and helps him play the final ball, although a build centered on those strengths may give up some aerial capability.
GamingonPhone recommends One Touch Pass, Through Passing, Fighting Spirit, Cut Behind & Turn and Flip Flap as added skills, alongside the Striker's Instinct booster. The review regards him as the pack's strongest card but stops short of recommending the selection without qualification, noting that pursuing him still depends on having Coins available to spend.
Wirtz offers movement and passing
Florian Wirtz arrives as a Hole Player with the Pass Disruptor defensive style. Momentum Dribbling and Phenomenal Pass complement a profile built around close control, acceleration, passing and runs into scoring positions. The main limitation identified by the source is his physical presence, which may make contests against stronger opponents more difficult.
The suggested additions for Wirtz are Long Range Shooting, Fighting Spirit, Flip Flap, Weighted Pass and Marseille Turn, with Ball Control proposed as his booster. That makes him a technically oriented attacking midfielder rather than the principal reason to target the pack.
Van Hecke requires compromises
Jan Paul van Hecke combines the Build Up attacking style with The Destroyer defensive style and receives Aerial Fort and Fortress. GamingonPhone considers his defensive base solid but says increasing his pace and acceleration through progression requires sacrificing too much elsewhere. Its suggested skills include Sliding Tackle and several passing options, with Shutdown as the recommended booster.
The source ultimately rates the overall pack 2 out of 5, treating van Hecke as a secondary card and João Pedro as its main attraction. That verdict reflects the uneven value of the three-player lineup rather than a lack of distinct positional choices.
